What personal information we collect

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Admob(Google). We work with third party analytics provider. You can read their privacy policy here https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543?hl=en, and more specifically for the Restricted Version here.

For every device a Game is installed on, Admob may collect some analytical information. Please refer to the appendix below for the exact data collected. Admob does not share this information with any third-party.

How we use it

We collect this information to improve the performance and reliability of our Games and to get a better understanding of what users prefer. We do not link any of this information in any way to individuals or any other information we might obtain. We do not share, sell or in any other way give other persons or companies outside, except to comply with a legal obligation to do so (e.g. court order) or in case the ownership of the information changes due to a merger, acquisition or restructuring involving Dr. Panda Limited.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service.

Whether we disclose the data

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This information cannot be connected to a unique device and is never shared with third parties.

Is anonymous data collected?

No. We do not use any internal services or third party services to collect anonymous data.

 

Children’s Privacy and Protection

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.  We use third-party analytics or advertising (admob google) which is limited to very specific circumstances where no child’s data is collected or shared. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Our Privacy Policy and our privacy practices adhere to the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), as well as other applicable laws. We will not knowingly collect and store Personal Information directly from: (i) US resident children under 13 years of age without parental consent, except as permitted under COPPA; (ii) EU resident children under 16 years of age without parental consent, except as permitted under EU applicable law. If we believe that we have collected and stored Personal Information from a child (without the necessary parental consent or other legal basis to do so), we will delete the Personal Information provided as soon as feasibly possible. If you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information not in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please contact us at: contact@magicsciencehouse.com.

By allowing using the carema, you provide your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your child’s Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy, and as needed per Product. If at any time you do not want you or your child to be bound by these terms, you can change the carema usage to not permitted in your device or uninstall the App from your mobile device. By using carema, kids’ photo will only be saved in your device.

At any time, parents can refuse to permit us to collect any personal information from their children in association with a particular account, and can request that we delete from our records the personal information we have collected in connection with that account.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

 

Third Party Ads and Cross Promotion

There are no third-party ads in our apps. We do not cross promote our other products.

MagicScienceHouse may change or update our Privacy Policy at any time as we add new features, services, or as the law changes. The changes are effective upon posting. If this stuff is important to you, you should review the Privacy Policy from time to time.
